How to manage billing + change credit card info

You can manage all of your billing preferences right from inside your Retreatfinder.com account. This includes updating your credit card details.

1. Go to the sign in page by clicking here. 

2. After signing in, please click 'Billing' and choose 'Manage Billing'.

3. Then, you'll have the option to edit your information or add a new payment method.

4. After that, confirm that this credit card is being used for each live subscription you have.
