How to cancel your subscription payment

Here's the process for cancelling your subscription payment.


NOTE FOR RETREAT CENTER LISTINGS: Upon cancellation of your payment, your listing will remain accessible and active on your sponsor account dashboard until the renewal date. Then it will automatically expire if the system sees that you have cancelled. For instance, if you initiated your subscription on January 1st and cancelled it on January 20th, your listing will remain active until February 1st at which point it will automatically expire.


NOTE FOR PROGRAM LISTINGS: When you cancel your payment subscription, your listing will remain accessible on your sponsor account dashboard and active until the listings program's end date or the listing program renewal date, whichever comes first. For instance, if you initiated the payment subscription on January 1st and decide to cancel it on January 20th, but your program is scheduled for March 28-29, your listing will persist until February 1, and it will then expire on the scheduled renew date. If you fail to cancel your payment subscription before March 1, the system will automatically proceed with processing the payment for the subscription. Once the program end date comes, the listing will automatically cancel and expire on the site.


1. Go to your sponsor account and sign in.



2. Go to 'Billing' and click 'Manage Billing'



3. Cancel your subscription by clicking 'Cancel Plan'
