How to cancel your subscription payment

There are two ways to cancel your subscription.


NOTE FOR RETREAT CENTER LISTINGS: When you cancel your payment, your listing will remain active and accessible on your dashboard until the renewal date. After that, it will automatically expire. For example, if you subscribed on January 1st and canceled on January 20th, your listing will stay active until February 1st and then expire.


NOTE FOR PROGRAM LISTINGS: When you cancel your subscription, your listing will remain active until either the program's end date or the renewal date, whichever comes first. For example, if you subscribed on January 1st and canceled on January 20th but your program runs on March 28-29, your listing will remain active until February 1st. It will expire unless renewed by March 1st. The system will automatically process the payment if the subscription is not canceled before this date. The listing will expire once the program ends.

Option 1: Cancel Through Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your sponsor account HERE.

  2. On your dashboard, click the “Cancel Subscription” button.

  3. Confirm by clicking “Yes, cancel it.”




Option 2: Cancel Using the ‘Subscription’ Feature

  1. Log in to your sponsor account HERE.

  2. Go to 'Billing' and click 'Subscriptions'

  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click 'Manage Subscription'


  4. Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm it
