On Retreat Finder, your leads will show up directly in your sponsor portal, and you can track your listing stats in two ways.

1. Check Your Monthly Stats Email

If you’ve registered your email as a sponsor, you’ll automatically receive a summary of your listing activity every 30 days.

Here's what you'll find in the email:

• Summary: How many times someone saw your listing across RetreatFinder.com.

• Detail: How many clicks your listing received.

• ClickThru: How many users clicked through to your website.

• Email: The number of leads generated through your listing.

2. Check Your Sponsor Dashboard Activity Report

You can also access real-time stats inside your sponsor portal. Your dashboard provides an activity report, including:

• Total Views: How many times users viewed your listing.

• Website Views: How many clicks your website link received.

• Leads: The number of times users clicked "Send Email" to contact you or leave a review.

• Review-Based Stats: Reflects your listing’s performance based on the number and quality of reviews.

3. View Leads on Your Dashboard

Select the Leads option on the statistics chart, then scroll down on your dashboard. On the lead section below, any leads or messages will be displayed.
