How do I view stats on my retreat center listing?

Modified on Thu, 18 Apr 2024 at 03:25 AM

Monitoring your listing statistics is essential for understanding the performance of your listings and making informed decisions to optimize your reach and engagement. We have two options for monitoring your listing statistics.

1. Check your monthly stats email

The first method involves reviewing your emails. If you've registered your email as a sponsor account, the system will automatically send you a summary of your listing activity every 30 days.

View this sample email below.

  • Summary = How many times someone saw your summary description of your listing around the retreatfinder.com site
  • Detail = How many times someone clicked into your actual listing
  • ClickThru = How many times someone click to your website
  • Email = How many leads have come through your listing

2. Check your Sponsor Dashboard Activity Report

You can also see stats inside your sponsor portal. You will see this graph on your dashboard.

Activity Report:

Here is an explanation for each item.

  • Total Views: It shows how many times a user click and view your listing.
  • Website Views: It shows how many times user clicked on your website from your listing.
  • Leads: This metric tracks how many times users have clicked the "Send Email" button to either send a message or leave a review.
  • Based on # Reviews:  it reflects the impact or performance of your listing relative to the quantity and quality of reviews received.

Statistics:

Here is an explanation for each item.

  • Summary View: It shows how many times your retreat center listing appeared on the search results
