If you have any pending payments for your listing, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the sponsor area.
2. Go to Billing
At the header menu, you will see a link called 'Billing' and 'Checkout'. If you have any pending payments, it will show you a number indicating how many payments are currently pending.
3. Tick your subscription
Decide which payment method you would like to take then click 'Next'.
4. Payment Information
On the next page, click the Pay button and enter your billing information. The payment will actually be processed by one of the gateways like Paypal, Authorize.net, or Stripe.
| NOTE: Our plans are all on recurring monthly / yearly subscriptions - so you will not need to enter your details again. The future monthly or yearly payments will be charged automatically after you make the first payment and enter the credit card information. |
If you want to cancel your listing, DO NOT delete the listing. It will not cancel it. Please read the instructions here on how to cancel and downgrade your listing.
